No. Why, because:

1)Nintendo and allied companyies are stll making games for the DS.
2)Too much bandwith for the RGR to hold upon and the files would be massive and not able for the site to hold.
3)Might as well download an emulator or just buy the darn system and it's games.

Crono's reasons are plenty to go off, but there's also the simple fact that it's called the "Retro Game Room" and quite frankly the DS just isn't retro at all.
