San Andreas Multiplayer (SA:MP) is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which turns it into a multiplayer game. You can play over the internet (or LAN) with up to 999 other people (having up to 1,000 players online at once). You need the original Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas PC game to play San Andreas Multiplayer.

In SA:MP you are able to do almost anything that you can do in single player GTA. SA:MP also features the ability to create your own scripted game modes. There are many game modes that feature a series of different and fun things to do. Many of which are not possible in single player.

How to download and install SA-MP?

If you just want to play multiplayer, get this!

Please note:

SA-MP requires GTAA (DVD game for PC) v1.00 US/EU.
Version 2.0 of the DVD version can be downgraded to 1.0 using a third-party patch.
The Steam and Direct2Drive versions of GTAA are not currently supported and cannot be downgraded

First,You Want To Go And Make A Folder And name it whatever you want. After You Want to go to
C:/Program Files (86x)/Steam/Steamapps/common/gta san andreas.You want to copy Everything And Put it into the folder you just created a second ago.

Then, You Want to go and find gta_sa.exe and put it into your file you created,But delete the other 2 or 1 exe files and only have gta_sa.exe.

Now,Go To The Sa-mp Installer you downloaded and open it.Then Until You Get up to where the installer wants you to install samp go to browse and find the file you created.Then Click Install and done!

Great! You were able to Install samp.Now Just Double-click samp.exe and find the servers you want to play in.I Hope this helped you Alot.

Hell Crusher 23 : SA-MP is dope asf but too bad its been dying for a while now :/ there's still some fun servers tho.

It can be fun but I don't really like it that much generally, getting sniped out of nowhere all the time isn't that fun although I will say that the missions you can do with friends are probably my favourite.
