I will be promoting at least one, most likely two, new locals in about two or three weeks. Instead of reaching out to specific people as I have before, this time I will allow anyone to apply. The amount of people interested will determine how I handle picking (whether the mod team discusses and votes or if I have everyone vote, or something else entirely), so post in this thread.
