Whats the diffrence between Myspace and Facebook? I'v had a Myspace account since jan.2007 and i'v never had a facbook account. a few of my friends not all are saying i should get a facebook account. i keep hearing alot about facebook but i dont know fully what it's about. isnt it the same as myspace?

Facebook is more organized and more active, its easier to socialize, and its not as "kiddy" as myspace, myspace seems to be for promotion and kids nowadays, facebook is where its at if your into that stuff.....I mean the thing with facebook mainly is, its not really private so if your going on there to pick up chicks and you have a girl, not the best idea, but if your there for friends or your single or whatever then your fine....It's just more open and everybody sees everybodies stuff real easy, its way easier and more interactive then facebook in my opinion.......------>

Myspace is more prone to viruses that harm your computer because of the music aspect, you click to play a song and the song has a virus in it as to where Facebook all the music is from trusted sites and everything is monitored heavily. If you are looking for your next date get a Myspace, if your looking for something to keep in touch and find commonalities between you and new people get a Facebook.

They are basically the same thing, a social networking site. Myspace originally was just for friends thats it but now they are going off of facebooks idea and expanding into new areas, adding applications, etc... What sucks about Myspace is they give anyone access to make their own template and my god a majority of them are so crappy and laggy it's not even worth waiting a minute to load. Some people got like 50 pictures up, 20 videos, horrible code, and music playing all at once its a mess.

I don't care for either, they seem like high school trends in my opinion.
