My account is around 7 - 8 years old, I first made it around 2012 (When I was about 12 years old). I've been using a new email for around maybe 3 - 4 years, but I'm curious what my original email was. Is there a way to find the email associated with my account, somehow?

If not, is there at least a way to update said email?

To see your email go to your profile page, and then click the "Online Services" link (should be easy to find with ctrl+F). It should be filled in in the first box there

To update it simply replace that email in the box with your new one and click "save and exit" to confirm.
