Recently been going through the Pokemon games learning how they work, specifically RNG abuse. Main reason for this is it allow me to get certain Pokemon a lot quicker and easier, like 6IV Shiny Pokemon in Gen 3 for the Battle Frontier, Cute Charm Glitch in Gen 4, Haven't gotten to Gen 5 or 6, and Shiny Wiggly Boi's in Gen 7.

It's actually rather easy for the ones I've attempted, and I've been able to get many shinies this way, not even cheating either as it is just how the game was made. I mainly got into it after seeing this video.

Just wanted to spread what I've been doing (Besides getting a job the past few months). Also wanted to add what do you think of RNG abuse in general? Do you want to learn how to do it? IT IS TIME FOR DISCUSSION BOI'S

I've looked into this before and I've come to the conclusion that I'm not a big fan of it.

And it's nothing against the concept itself per se, it's cool that it exists and I'm glad people can still find ways to manipulate the games we've been playing for years. I just could never get into this stuff as I play games to relax and enjoy myself and stuff like this just stresses me out too much.

I also just like the random element of RNG and I feel like manipulating it sort of takes away from the experience in that regard. More power to the people that do this and like it though.

I'm not a fan of RNG's for the most part for most games because they make them too difficult.

A lot of the games I play, you have to play for hundreds of hours before you can actually get a good item or whatever.
