I remember hearing about this in 2017, just a bit before I quit my crappy job. Back then I was excited, but at this point. I realize Atari has no chance for success. I kinda feel like buying one of these out of pity. Or perhaps frustration at the current three console giants. I want something different. Not a different kind of machine per se, just a different hat in the ring. And nothing has managed to scratch that itch yet.

It is still a thing, supposedly. There really isn’t all that much information on it, but you can still preorder it and the supposed release date is December later this year. If that’s truly a release date, that’d be pretty cool, but things like this normally tend to get delayed...pretty substantially sometimes.
