Mods are hired when activity rises or when a current mod resigns. RGR staff are hand picked by David as I recall. In order to get RGR Staff you must know how to write well, work with photos, etc...

well, generally there are threads that announce when positions open up like this: https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=10041 which is for RGR staff. You can read through the thread and figure out what the requirements are and apply.

Now because you are so new it's not likely you'll get a position. They are generally reserved for people who have put in more time around here.... but that shouldn't stop you from trying.
