I’m not sure if you mean current value or price upon launch, but I have played Breach and Clear, which is a rare and pretty expensive (valued at $100+) game. One of my friends got it when he got his vita, and while I haven’t had extensive playing time on the game, or on the vita at all, it wasn’t bad.

I’m not sure I’d pay $100-180 for it though.

I haven't played any Vita game that costs more than $20 outside of Persona 4 Dancing. I paid a little more than $80 for it the day it came out. There's a bunch of $40-120 ones that I want to play.
