I have to read a book from the postmodern period and we got a list to choose from:
  • Jonathan S. Foer - Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close
  • Dave Eggers -The Circle
  • Anthony Burgess - A Clockwork Orange
  • Chuck Palahniuk - Fight Club
  • Kazuo Ishiguro - Never Let Me Go
  • Ken Kesey - One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
Did you read any of these and how did you like them?
Also, I have dyslexia, so which of these are easy to read?
Which one do you recommand?

I haven't read all of these but the two that I would suggest are A Clockwork Orange and One Flew over the Cukoos Nest but I'm not entirely sure how easy they were.

As for Extremly Loud, you can always watch the movie to get an understanding of it and then read the book. The movie just came out a few years ago and it was pretty good.

To add to what dark mode said, there's also a movie for One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975). The film won a lot of awards including 5 Oscars so it might be worth checking out, but from what I can tell, most people tend to either really like the film or hate it. lol Personally, I thought both the book and the film were okay but I understand that some people don't like the film because they prefer the way the book presented the story.

I read One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest while preparing to take a psychology course, and it is probsbly the easiest, and best, read of the list you have there. I also struggling with reading, but I didn’t struggle too much while getting through it. The book is actually interesting and has good flow. As Yuna, there’s also an incredible movie based upon the book that you can watch for a great way to end your read.

But just in case you don’t want to read that one, A Clockwork Orange is probably your second best bet. It isn’t that hard of a read, and is also fairly interesting. I’d make that one my second priority.
