But I don't think the Rams cheated; the Saints just got some Karma for some no calls that they didn't get during the game.
The fact that the Patriots had the game handed to them, regardless of calls throughout the game, is complete crap.
Think about it: The Patriots = attention, which equals money. The Rams just got to LA, so they need money for a stadium... (horrible recreation of the conspiracy I saw somebody make a case for, but you get it).


I don't think the Rams paid the regs off, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Patriots did.

I guess now that all the teams I've been rooting for are gone, I might as well root for the Patriots.

So I tried to watch the Super Bowl this year and I think that was a mistake. I honestly can't figure out what the big deal is. That had to be one of the worst football games I've ever watched.

I'm not sure what you could change to make the Super Bowl actually worth watching but something needs to change. It hurt to watch that game and I know there are better games but the biggest game of the year being that bad is terrible for the NFL.

Welp it's official, the Saints were robbed of a Super Bowl victory. Had the refs called PI or hit to a defenseless receiver in the NFC Championship game, The Saints would be Super Bowl Champs.

All the Rams did today is prove they had no business being in the Super Bowl.

The only reason there was a touchdown in this game was because someone gave Tom Brady a caffeine shot in the 4th quarter while everyone else was asleep.

gamerforlifeforever : Which I fully agree with, if the officials could of done their jobs and actually called that penalty, then the Saints would of made it to the Super Bowl, and would of won, but nope, they wanted the freaking Rams, because all of the Refs are all from California.

Personally, how the NFL should do games in the playoffs, they should have officials from neutral territories (like somewhere not from those two cities, or rivals of those cities), if we had those officials from say like The Great Lakes states or the Northeast states officiate the NFC Championship game between the Saints and the Rams, then things would of been called down the middle, but nope, they had to have all Californian officials.

But hey, the NFL were the ones that shot themselves in the foot by letting the Rams and Patriots play in Super Bowl LIII and caused it to be the worst Super Bowl in history.

The NFL is still wondering why it's losing their fans constantly, well, if they look at what they do in the mirror, they will realize that they are the ones causing to lose their fans.

IgorBird122 : Being an official would be very difficult job in my opinion. But this was a playoff game and SOMEONE should have called it especially when you got NFL coming out of the closet and admitting fault. It's too late now... and they just gave us the worst superbowl probably ever.

We can blame the NFL and the refs but at the end of the day we should also blame the Rams and Patriots for putting on a snoozefest of a game. If Chiefs had beaten Patriots and Saints beat Rams this would probably have been a much better superbowl.

Well, Super Bowl LIII happened to get the worst TV viewership in recorded history, mostly because of people boycotting the Super Bowl, especially in New Orleans, Kansas City, and St. Louis.

I can tell you, this past Sunday Night (during the Super Bowl) I remember that both me and my brother went to a Buffalo Wild Wings here in New Orleans, and there was a sign posted on the front door saying "Due to the events during the NFC Championship game, we will NOT be airing Super Bowl LIII. We are sorry for the inconvenience. -The Management".

You can easily tell that no one here watched the Super Bowl.
