My favorite 2018 meme isn't just my favorite 2018 meme, it's my favorite meme of all time. It's SOEMBODY TOUCHA MY SPAGHET. I don't know why I love this so much, but I love when he slaps his hand on his face and makes that weird noise. "HRRRNNGGGGG".

I agree with tgags here, the shocked Pikachu meme, despite being overused, was absolutely my favorite meme of 2018. Also, all of the different edits that came along with it, like Pikachu in 4K, were all great.
