The pic is in JPEG format, under 25 KBs & sized below 200x200 for sure.......
but as soon as it uploads, the message keeps saying that it is under the wrong format.......I've also tried uploading under the other qualifying formats as well but nothing is working......

What can/should I do/try now?

Is the file extension of the JPEG in lower case (eg. should be ".jpeg").
