I liked Kain. He was an interesting character, plus I absolutely love the Jump ability. Cecil is a a close 2nd, but I found him next to useless by the end of the game, even with his Super Equipment.

I Like Those Codes Where You Would Max Out Characters And Have Them Fight Enemy's In Battle You Can Really Do Some Real Damage Then.
I Would Be Thinking What About Remaking Final Fantasy VII For PS2 I Would Like To Control Cloud,Etc Again.
And Use The Omislash To Finish Off Enemys And Drop Their Hp To Nothing Then Say Cloud Rules!

My favorite is cecil as i like the way he starts out as a dark night and turns into a paladin. plus he hes great dialogue and great a 3d personality.

I mean, he's a Dragoon! Like, with Jump and lances and dragon armor and stuff!

I've always liked the Dragoon class best.
Considering the fact that he's the only way you can beat one of the bosses in the game, he's still a crucial part of the party, both as an protagonist and an antagonist.

I had to choose Kain. The whole Jump, being a Dragoon, his armor and sprite. Everything was awesome. Plus, his attitude is the same as me. The whole jealousy and anger, coupled with unknown desires. It is just an epic character. His dialogue is matched only by Cecil's, and together they really made the game memorable for me. I liked Cecil as a close second, but i found that Kain is much cooler.

Cid is really horrible. All he had going for him was some decent HP levels. Yang on the other hand was a welcome replacement to that fat engineer. Hammers are not common, there are few in the game, and that Study ability is useless since why do i care about enemy HP and Weakness when i rip through them with Yang, Cecil and Kain?
