I remember reading something regarding a similar issue to this, but for the life of me I can't remember the details. Anyway, I've some codes I want to sell for Viz but it also falls under the "Pokémon (Game)" category. So which section takes priority? Or does it matter?

If you're trying to sell the codes for Viz, make a thread in the Vizzed Market Forum https://www.vizzed.com/boards/forum.php?id=16 stating what you're offering and how much Viz you want for it. If you're trying to sell in the Market Store, you need a Beta Test ticket and it could go under "Other" category

Yeah, I initially tried posting the codes up in the Market Store, but after discovering you need a Beta Test ticket to do that, I went to trying to figure out which of the two categories I should post it under. I looked in the rules of both, but didn't find anything to help there -- so yes, that did help. Thanks a bunch.
