i had THAT EXACT SAME VIRUS. this helped a lot http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-to-remove-vista-antispyware-2010.html i used the superantispyware (you can get it from the page i just linked you to) follow instructions and let me know if it helped.
