I need a really well made layout... That is why I made this thread in the Underground instead of Vizzed Market... I need such a good layout that I will never have the need to change it... It should be very well designed and have something to do with Star Trek...

I am willing to pay 5k... or even 10k+ if it is really well made... if there are multiple offers then I will chose the one that I think is made the best...

You might have more luck though if you included some parameters like font color, type, background color, scrollbars yes or no, transparencies yes or no, test over picture or next to it or even under it, etc etc.

I want the bg color to be white with a black frame that is centered in which the text is in... I want the font color to be white and I want my sig to be under it in a blue frame with white font.

this is a very primitive version of how I want it to look like... I also want a good frame border... the "This is septembern's x post" should be above the post black frame... in black letters except for the "septembern" which will be the link...
