So, this is kind of just a discussion thread I suppose for the Shadow of the Colossus remake coming to PS4 in February 2018. 

I had to go to GameStop today to get another year of PS+ since mine ran out this morning, and I wanted the points at GameStop. I asked Thomas ( the new 2nd in command at the store. The old one got a contractor job making a lot more money I just found out ) what games that were expected to be good were coming out, and one of the ones he mentioned was the Shadow of the Colossus remake. After thinking about it for a few seconds, I decided I would get it. But, I didn't just pre-order it... I pre-ordered the "premium" edition. I'm not sure if it's technically a collector's edition, but it's supposed to come in a Steelbook, and then some stickers, some kind of figurines (not sure if digital or phyiscal), and a theme for PS4. There's also some other stuff, but by the time I had heard all that, I kind of tuned out for a moment, since I had already heard enough to justify me spending the extra $10 to make it $50. 

I'm actually looking forward to this game, even with my huge backlog. I'm starting to knock out games in it, and I'm getting more picky with what I grab from the free stuff that comes with your subscription for XBOX and PlayStation. I also figure this might net me a few new followers, maybe a subscriber, or even an actual person that'll tune in to my streams half the time I stream. 
I know about this game thanks to JackSepticEye on YouTube. He's always going on about how this game is his all time favorite game. I've bought a few games thanks to him, but this one I am truly looking forward to, and expect I'll play more than just a few hours. 




What about you guys? Are you looking forward to this game? Did you play the original on PS2 or the remaster on PS3? Have you already pre-ordered it? Or do you just plan on watching a YouTuber or Streamer play it, and live vicariously through them?
