Now that I've cleared my butt, let me introduce myself. I'm Charles! I'm 13 and I love repairing computers. I am also bored. I want more experience, so let me help you repair your computer, for free! How do I repair a laptop battery if it's on the laptop, oh and my laptop is the newer models that you can disconnect from the keyboard and take it anywhere else. Meaning the battery is inside the main hardware that runs this laptop, if I were to take it apart then I would need to not mess with the hardware inside the laptop.

Also, how do I get the battery if only the company owns it (they do not sell it)?

I know this could be a challenge but I want to see your answer to it.
