My hardest catch was an Mespirit because it runs away after 2-5 turns, and then i have to go catch it again where it might be a different spot in the map.

2-5? Don't you mean one?! My hardest catch was Articuno on Platinum, because I had accidentally poisoned it (don't ask), and couldn't keep it for more than one turn or else it would faint.

mine was the legendaries on crystal. I still don't thing I got all of em lol. I think I only got Entei. Thats the only one I really wanted anyway. I kidna wanted Raiku, but I couldn't find him XD

I never wanted Suicune. I thought it looked really stupid, plus it was a water type, and I hate water types. Only ones I like are Blastoise and Gyarados.

Mine was definately the first legendary I fought, Suicune, in Crystal. I was like 5. Looking back, it wasn't the toughest fight really, but I was inexperienced and it was a deeper level of hell than that time my "friend" didn't tell me Machoke evolved viaa trade, and I leveled it up to like, 80 something, on the daycare route!
God, I was dumb as a kid!

I don't know which was hardest, but any of the roaming pokemon were just plain irritating to catch.

In contrast, my easiest catch (aside from using the master ball) was catching Groudon on the first turn with a nest ball.

Has anyone here tried to catch Mespirit with 1HP and Poisoned? Well, I did it with an Great Ball.
