No, it is still a different thread to that one, this thread he wants to know what the best Pokemon game on vizzed is and what the best hack is.
That other thread is just which Pokemon game from all of them is best.

Pokemon Brown 2009. Its a hack of Red but it takes place in a brand new region (well to start with) and includes all pokemon including those found in Johto, Hoenn, and Shinoh. Only a few minor glitches here and there, far fewer than many hacks out there.

If you want my opinion then I would have to say definitely crystal version, and beyond that probably yellow. Both of those games are like uber addicting and catchy. Hacks are alright but I have a number of problems with them, they glitch constanly ( in the origonal pokemon brown you would be playing and then an unrecognizable glob would show up on the battle screen saying "wild ladskjbhvb appeared" that kind of thing will happen, and occasionally corrupt your data file). Also there are sooooooo many hacks compared to real games most of the hacks are just repeats of the other hacks so be aware of that.

I would have to recommend Pokémon Crystal as the best regular & either Pokémon Brown 2009 or Pokémon Crystal All for hacks. Both of those are pretty good. Just becareful on Pokémon Crystal All. Not only is the difficulty raised a bit, once in a while you will randomly get a lvl 60+ wild pokémon to appear even in the low level areas. I would suggest you train on the same route Mr. Pokémon is located if you can get there. I did not come across any level 60+ pokémon in that area so I was able to train my pokémon without fear.

I would recommend Pokemon Crystal for the Johto Area. It gave me a good impression.
