This is an issue that would take a lot of time to fix. Emulators are not perfect. Maybe if you used another online emulator it would work. We have 2, so have you tried both of them?

Of course they should be fixed and even Davideo wants them fixed, but its an emulator problem so he cant fix them.
You have to wait for the guy who made the emulators to release an update before anything is fixed
Obviously we try out different things in the hopes that it might allow playability, but the only sure fire way is to wait for an update from the emulator coder or do as eliminator said and download them.

If I might suggest something, have you tried VisualBoyAdvance 1.7.4?
It's supposed to be for Macs. Mind you I dont have a Mac so you would have to try it yourself.

But yeah I tested the Zelda Oracle games in the RGR a while back using both emulators and they always froze before the title screen.
Others had the same problem so their marked not working, loading errors.
