That being said, definitely "Eggman" who I still insist upon calling Robotnik. That is his name, and he's sticking to it.

While he does get stomped in every game, you have to give him points for persistence. He's built so many giant robots to defeat Sonic himself, and every time one is destroyed he manages to survive his exploding space station, base, etc. and build another one.

Not to mention he's one of the most well-known VG villains of all time.

And, this last part'll be a bit dumb (in fact, QUITE dumb) but none of the other Sonic characters have their own meme.
