Yes, pictures from a gaming convention came out for it.

It's pretty much your remakes of gold and silver...plus a bit more I'm sure. Either way, I plan on buying it when it arrives here (2010 I believe). Silver was a childhood game of mine so obviously I will get Soul Silver. I do hope it keeps the magic that the old versions had. GSC was a great game series after all.

I wouldn't count on that, translating games takes a lot of time, even more so when you have to hack them.
