I under stand that i incidentally placed a thred in the FF section. now I place it new and improved in the video game section here i say that there is a brand new version of chrono trigger on DS it is a remake of the old FF chronicles on PS what is your opinions???

It's a remake, exact remake, with 2 extra dungeons. Better music though. But overall a great game.

Yeah the game is great, also the creature arena feature its a good add on. I enjoyed the game, but.... never try to play it with the DS feature stick it with the classic function. If it isn't broke dont try to fix it. -------------------- |

I owned Chrono Trigger back in the day, so eh.. the classic scheme was boring.. and the DS one was great. Not exactly for moving, mind you.. they didn't exactly get that down the way that games like Animal Crossing or Final Fantasy III did... but navigating menus and moving around is a breeze.

There are a few over looked features that should be noted with the ds re-make. Using that nice second screen displays the extra menu while fighting. It's nice to go into a fight and see the whole battle scene. A very nice add-on is a full map while in town or forests. -------------------- |
