Bio:
The owner of the Moon Base and the deceased Daichi Tokugawa's father. Duke Red told him to build Death Mask, a weapon that can destroy robots whenever they go berserk on humans. When Daichi died due to exposure to Omotanium (a radioactive metal of which Death Mask was made), Mr. Tokugawa found Prime Rose in her hibernation capsule and hid her in his base so he would not be accused of anyone approaching Death Mask. Then, he had Dr. Tenma store Daichi's memory into a powerful robot named Atlas
