I install the plugin everything seems fine until i launch a game i do get audio of the game just no video image. If not mistaking i remember to encounter this issue with windows 7 with Desktop Composition enabled, i looked at Windows 10 Advanced hardware settings and do not see it. 
What i am using with Rgr Plugin

Google Chrome
Window 10 Pro
Rgr Plugin Version 2.41

So, I'm on windows 10 as well and I find the 2.41 plugin does not work well. I've tried to make it work for Firefox and Chrome and it doesn't.

Uninstall the 2.41 and download the 2.40 instead. That one works for both Chrome and Firefox for me. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure what else to suggest but try that out to start.

I'm at a loss then sorry. Troubleshooting the RGR plugin is not my forte. I got lucky with downgrading from 2.41 to 2.40 in getting it to work when I updated to windows 10. It doesn't sound like we're having exactly the same problem though.

Hopefully someone else has some ideas to help you out.

I don't know if this would help or not, but when I was having issues, it didn't completely resolve itself (or at least it seemed to fix it) until I had both 2.4 and 2.41 installed at the same time. To be honest, I'm not sure if it even works in a way that doing that would make a difference, but it at least seemed to make a difference for me. I'm still using Windows Vista though. It's a long shot, but I hope this helps.

I was able to run Opera browser with vizzed plugin on my win10 by simply installing flash player for opera with it. This is a temporary fix to not being able to use it on firefox and im not sure of the stability of the opera browser. i just know that it works
