I wnat the sprite to be an epic battle pciture between mewtwo and pikachu , I am thinking of making a pokemon flash series atfter the Sonic one (should be somewhere in mid 2010 ) , and I wnat to use your picture as a photo trailer thingy .

P.S : I will give you credits for the sprite picture , also please sent it though PM , I don't want the public seeing it before the Sonic flash series ends .

as far as I know staff don't enforce loans.... it's a risk/reward system. If you give someone your Viz then it's lost to you.... if they give it back then you're lucky I guess

Well, we can and will, but we'll probally only enforce loans if the member giving them out is an established member.
One of a few reasons why I say that certain conditions must be met before someone starts a loan biz.

Make the person sell everything they have and give back as much Viz as possible? and when that isn't enough what would we do?

Probably just have an admin make up the difference I guess .
