Alright, here's one to seperate the pokemon masters from the wannabes: Who can tell me which Pokemon is in the EXACT middle of the National Dex as of Generation 4 (and yes, I know the answer...)?

I was bored, alright? i didn't need the Viz that badly, I just thought it would be interesting to see if anyone would respond.
