madison : Now that I see how chaotic it is I agree with you, though I think getting more mods who are able to update would be a better idea. After all, zanderlex can only be on so much and with only one mod doing the update, the thread is going to go inactive/get crazy with posts waiting to be checked at certain times of the day. For people like me, in a completely different timezone(Japan), I'm going to be on mostly when everyone's offline, simply because of the timezones, and probably won't get a lot of updates. :'c

InkyBrush : Yes, I agree. More people moderating this game with the privilege to give updates would definitely be beneficial.

zanderlex : would it be possible to enable more mods to make updates for the people in this thread? That way for people in different time zones, and during the times you can't be online, the thread doesn't get so crazy.

We'll see what zanderlex has to say. I think it would be a good idea to set shifts for who is in charge of the updating at what times to keep the thread flowing.

I leave the center and head to route 1.

with staryu in my first party spot I use tackle on barathemos.

I also have a question... can I sell my pokeballs? I doubt there will be anyone I want to catch until much later in the game.

Also, Im very surprised that 14 pages were posted in maybe 12 hours. That has got to be some sort of record.

That is of course unless all of those posts were spamtastic and a bunch of sandwich posters and people arguing over who is breaking the rules and who is not. I do fear that this will be the case in this tournament, especially when one considers the amount of people who have signed up to this tournament, and also the average age, and for those who have never posted before this tournament began. I feel like it is likely that there will be plenty of spammers in the very early stages of this tournament. I also feel though, that the large amount of people involved in this tournament will drop significantly after a week or 2. That will help weed out the contenders and the pretenders. I feel like some people will get bored quite quickly, or impatient while waiting for zanderlex to update. Regardless, I wish all of you an enjoyable experience and I hope that you all have fun with this and not get too overly competitive. I hope there will be no complaining or arguing or whining as this is meant to be fun. If people take the fun out of this tournament, then it seems like that would defeat the purpose of this tournament entirely.

Please do not spam or sandwich post either, it gets quite annoying. Also, please dont argue with the staff or mods because they are here to serve a purpose and keep the peace.
