I was simply stating that he did have a Vaporeon and a Charmander that he used Viz points to do so. He does have them, he has not been told that either of them have leveled past level 8 however. I am sure that this will be corrected by a mod, but he does have the Pokémon that he claimed to have.

I was allowing double attacks as a balancing agent for the 'One Post per Hour' rule, which isn't just Zander's doing, it has a lot to do with the month of the year, and a certain site-wide event known as the Tour De Vizzed, it makes the game a little more enjoyable, and, if Zander has an issue, he'll only count a certain number of attacks, I'm simply offering an alternative to the complaints of people not being allowed to advance fast enough, by providing potentially more experience between days when they can get online (And Zander isn't able to update at that time.), again, it's up to Zander if all the attacks are counted.
