All of them! That series has some difficult bosses. Extremely difficult ones. I remember having trouble with this body double boss on the PS1..I forget exactly what number Final Fantasy it was on. If anyone knows what Final Fantasy I'm talking about, feel free to let me know the number because I don't remember it.

For bosses, Trema from X-2 was really hard. He was impossible to beat unless you were level 99, had the best dressphere in the game, had multiple rare accessories which you had to start multiple New Game +'s for, and had someway of brewing a Hero's Drink. Not to mention you had to face Paragon (another semi-difficult boss) beforehand with NO way of healing in between fights. I logged almost 2 months of gameplay just to kill him.

I think Ruby Weapon from FF7. Of course you can beat him with only Vincent or RedXIII, but only if they are 99 level and can use their Level 4 limit break at their first move. If you don't have any of them on level 99, then Ruby Weapon is very hard.
