I dislike both of them equally, but I also like them equally. I never liked any of the Generation III starters, but I didn't hate them either. I think I like Mudkip the most though, because it is so cute and evolves into Swampert, who is really deadly and would (probably) win in a fight. I just don't like how they look. I like Torchic, Grovvyle, and Swampert. This is just ironic, and usually it doesn't turn out like this. So, I think I will just call it a tie and leave it at that.

They can also detect danger. On land, they can powerfully lift large boulders. If they are faced with a tight situation in battle, Mudkip will become strong enough to crush rocks bigger than themselves.

Aslo when it evolves into Marshtomp. I also like the move Mud Shot, which he first learns.

Also, Swampert is the best. Swampert possesses immense physical strength, with enough power to easily drag a boulder weighing more than a ton. It can apply its strength to its powerful hands to use Hammer Arm. It also learns strong moves, and the advantage of being water/ground, it has the addantage over most pokemons.
