My vote would be for Dante. You see he has this insane ability to pull a newer and more powerful weapon out of hammer space whenever he is in a bind. From the game series we can establish this ability is limitless since new weapons and abilities continue to be added.

Plus all that bouncing would have to have a negative effect on Bayonetta's balance,,,,
