Pokemon Yellow is a very good game. The story is nothing special but really, who plays Pokemon for the story? The graphics were pretty good compared to other GameBoy games but they weren't excellent. Pokemon Yellow has some memorable soundtracks for a GameBoy, however, the sound effects weren't very good and the Pokemon's cries got annoying after a while. Pokemon Yellow has a lot to offer, differing from catching every Pokemon, to even just being the most powerful trainer. Overall, Pokemon Yellow is a great game, with a few glitches you may encounter (Mew, Missingno., etc).
