NovemberJoy :   This user name brings me back to the lazy, hazy days of November when a baby girl's first cries rang out. She was their little bundle of joy. Baby Joy grew up to be a pretty, young woman. The fellows came courting. They offered. Many came back to offer again. She would always say no. "The savior is in my heart. He guides everything I do. Never once has He let me down or led me wrong. The answer is still no. You may seem all right to me but the timing is terrible. I'll find the right person at the right time and no sooner. I am in no rush and it would be unwise to force an attachment just for the sake of being attached," Joy would say.

 One day, Joy met a man in church. He complimented her and was friendly. Although they shared some interesting eye contact, he looked away and soon disengaged to talk to someone else. Joy met the same man in town many times from then on because they tended to both frequent the same social venues. Still, he would only join her group and avoided being alone with her. Whenever she folded her hands to pray, he would fall silent, even in mid-sentence.

 A few brisk years later, having stayed on congenial and respectful terms with Joy, the man asked her to accompany him to the summer fair and said he hoped to meet some new friends of hers from her community college if she could bring them along too. Joy agreed but didn't want to admit that she hadn't made any good friends yet. So she went with him, just the two of them. She blushed as they rode the big wheel ride and didn't notice her iced cream cone had lost its scoop[which had fallen right off the ride] until she had bitten into the cone. The man laughed. Not to worry, he assured her. He'd get her another one when they got down. Joy looked away and smiled. He was so easygoing.

 Could it be? Most times in recent years when she prayed asking for the Lord's guidance, her thoughts were directed towards a particular individual. She studied her Bible day and night to find some way of interpreting this. This wasn't right. She was supposed to envision her approximation of His face when she spoke to Him. That had been the way it was for her always. Instead, another face swam into view. Was this a message or just her overactive imagination as her Auntie always told her young girls have?

 Maybe the time for Joy really had come. Would she accept it?

Well I think of a user on here who is a very hardcore fan of Mario and Lucario fan but then again I could be wrong.
