See, I'm curious why so many American fans hated the movie because internationally it did quite well ("The film had a gross earning in the United States and Canada of $9,362,785 and a foreign gross of $48,134,914" from Box Office Mojo).

A movie on Trigun could be cool too, if they actually got funny jokes instead of just making up their own movie-esque jokes which are always bad and forced. I saw the kamehameha part in the Dragon Ball movie and I was appalled lol, that part in particular was pretty bad.

Obviously these things are never as good as the cartoons, and it takes some work and creativity on how to interpret and make it live action, and its never how we imagine it. I have never seen it, but it definitely got bashed on. I actually really want to. Its probably not "that" bad.
