Bowser will defeat against Eggman because he can flamethrower Eggman. Bowser also have a strong shell to block Eggman's lazer and missiiles.

Mega Man because he has many more weapons and can take out Samus easily. Samus has her Share of weapons, but I personally think Mega Man and his weapons are faster than Samus' overall speed.
