And yes, the fan speculations says that the Pokémon in question is indeed Ditto, however, Mewtwo can be considered a failed clone because it does not resemble Mew's likeness exact, making it not a true clone, as the DNA codons cannot be identical as a true clone is, as they have their own DISTINCT differences, including body features and structures, including appendages and height, not to mention their entirely different appearance as a silhouette. Therefore, there is not a true clone of Mew, and either can be correct. Sorry, just finished studying DNA for biology...
