By those two hints, I think Clefairy is the only other option. Clefairy and Jigglypuff are the only two pink Pokémon that are already evolved and can evolve by a method other than level up. They both need happiness for the previous evolution and a moon stone for their own evolution.

I would also guess Chansey, but it's not exactly little.
