Thought I'd do a thread for Beerus since it started airing Sunday episode 1 was pretty decent I thought the jump in quality from the OG stands out a lot I thought. I wasn't sure about the OP and ED when the last trailer played a bit of both but I like the OP a lot now that I've heard the whole thing the ED is okay. Next episode should be the real test episode 5 of OG Super was infamous for good reason after all very curious to see how they pull it off.

For what I've seen, the animation seems to be better. After what we had in the original Super and that crappy s*** of the final saga of Heroes, we needed to see some real animation once more to live up to the series' legacy.

We'll have to wait and see if they repeat the success of Kai, for as long as I can remember that one was nice and a much needed graphic update for modern standards. I sincerely wish they do, as of late it seems they didn't know what to really do with the series anymore both in terms of anime and videogames (the manga was saved by Toyotaro and will hopefully return soon, movies have always been something apart).

I am always super behind when it comes to watching anime but I have heard of Super being redone. I haven't watched the 1st episode yet but I have heard some people it is definitely a lot better than the old in animation.

Considering I am terrible at judging style of things I already thought the original super had good animation. When I do finally go to watch maybe I need to watch side by side instead of relying on memory.

I'm only going to be watching in groups of 4 episodes(?) once an individual arc is completed (i.e. I'll watch the whole BOG arc once they move on to ROF), but from the screenshots I've seen, it's seriously such an insane improvement it's not even funny lol.

If this is the quality they're bringing to a remake of a remake then it's only making me even more excited for the real meat and potatoes next year... the Moro adaptation!
