DoctorDB : I'll let you know what I can pull together for Luigi. Gamestop is goinf out of business so I grabbed around 300 games.

zanderlex : Cool, I appreciate it.
But that's crazy. Only time I saw a GameStop go out around here was when the owner just didn't want to renew the lease for the building. They just transferred all their inventory to the closest store. Surprised yours put products on sale instead of just hauling their inventory elsewhere.

zanderlex : Roughly around how much Viz did I need exactly too for this, so I know how much to save up to roughly in case I do find something that I want so I can make an estimate on whether I would be able to get it or not? :o I am not really sure how this works since I have never done it before.

zanderlex : But... it's not. They've announced they'll be closing a couple hundred stores worldwide, but they've every intention to still be in business at least through the end of this year and see if sales pick up with the next generation of consoles next holiday season.

I don't think any of my local locations within at least 100 miles will be closing anytime before then. If the company itself were already liquidating, I'd be seeing similar sales around here, and online as well. All I've seen were your standard Black Friday sales the other month.

DoctorDB : They'll probably all be gone within a couple years. None of the closing stores transferred their stuff to other locations, which is protocol. What reasons could the other nearby stores have for not wanting more items. It sounds like the other stores fear they will be closing soon too, so they didn't want more items.

I've recently started thinking about buying Dead Rising 2, as well as Racing Apex, now called Hotshot Racing, for Viz, at least when that comes out. I would've told this earlier, but posting was disabled on Vizzed for a few days. Oh well, at least Hotshot Racing is about to be released.
