I woke up at 4am in the morning today. It was dreadful. I woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep no matter how hard i try. This was all because i needed to go to work at 8am. I don't mind morning shifts but sometimes they really throw a wrench into my sleep schedule. I was running on 4 hours of sleep today.

I just woke up almost 10 minutes ago, 12:20pm to be exact. I was thinking of getting up earlier but i fell back to sleep for the next 30 minutes because why not. I still find it funny how 8+ hours of sleep can still leave me tired, but 6 hours of sleep is fine lol.

I woke up at 6 in the morning to have Coffee with Mrs.Tornado. After she left to go to her job, I went back to sleep and did not wake back up till 10:30 AM. I meant to get up at 9:30 since I have a lot to do today concerning weather but I guess I needed the extra hour of sleep.

even though I managed to wake up a little later yesterday old habits died hard I found myself waking up at 5:20 again I had thought about moving my alarm clocks to a different room, but I do appreciate having a clock near me (no I do not have my phone on at night)

I woke up two times today. The first time I woke up with my wife at 6:30 AM in the morning we had breakfast before she had to leave for work. After she left at 8 AM, I took a nap as I had a few hours to spare before my day got started. After taking a nap I got back up at 10:30 AM in the morning.
