Not really helping me with setting it up... I have OBS open now but no idea how to get it recording Vizzed gameplay.
UPDATE: I just attempted to stream this game on Twitch, and the only issue is I can't get video from the game. Audio works fine but for video I just get a black screen. Any reason this is?

Vanelan : Something new just happened. I'm on a new computer now, and the MAME emulator still crashes when I try to record. But the strange thing is, when I view the video file after I'm done recording, it works fine. How is that happening?

Vanelan : I think I might try streaming on Twitch.tv tomorrow. I'm gonna give OBS YET ANOTHER shot. Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to get OBS working with Vizzed's games and Twitch?
Note that my computer is a Gateway computer and I have Windows 7 Home Professional.

Vanelan : That's why I have Freemake- I can take the file and convert it to MP4 for uploading.
EDIT: This is starting to get off topic. We should probably put this back on topic.

Vanelan : Nothing that you just said makes sense to me. Oh well. I just want to put off having to record a full run of Parodius Da! for NES, since that game's gonna be terrible to get a run of.

Vanelan : Welp... guess I'm not recording MAME videos anytime soon, then. External recording software isn't really an option for me right now.
I still wonder how I was able to get it to work before, though...

So I've been trying to record videos with Vizzed's MAME emulator, and here's what happens:
1) I hit record, and the first thing the emulator does is go black.
2) My files come up, and I save the file somewhere I'll remember it (last time, I chose downloads). This closes the files window.
3) The emulator remains black, and I can't see or hear anything, which leads me to believe that it crashed. If I reset the emulator, then it works fine, but the recording stops.
This has happened with all MAME games I have tested (which isn't many, but enough for me to believe that it would happen to any MAME game I tested). I've also done recordings with NES, SNES, PC-Engine/Turbo-Grafx 16, and even Game Boy games, and THOSE work fine.
Anybody know what's going on? This has worked for me about 2 years ago, and now it's not working anymore.

To people wanting to play this game, the rank system in this game is BRUTAL. I STRONGLY recommend barely powering up for the first two or so stages, then slowly powering up from there on out. The game can get so hard that the enemies will start firing suicide bullets (bullets upon death) by stage 4 in the game. If you're a beginner, playing in Auto mode is recommended.

This is ticking me off. I've tried THREE TIMES to download, I restarted the entire computer, and I STILL can't play anything. I even uninstalled the previous plugin and I get nothing.
Oh, I use Google Chrome and I have Windows 7.

Hey Jordanv78, I recently tried the VBA emulator again, and it worked fine with no issues. Not even an error message. I guess they fixed that, but thanks for helping anyways!

Jordanv78 : This is Namco Museum 50th Anniversary for GBA. The same emulator also runs Namco Museum for GBA. The two are completely different games.
And I guess I can try again. Thanks.
The sound issues are easily noticeable on Galaga, but other games have them too. Galaga's background noise would be completely silent, and some sound effects would sound off, as would other games do.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll try again and let you know what happens. Also, sorry for being so late.

The title says enough. My best time is 0:10. How do I do it?
1) Go to the file select screen.
2) Move the cursor down and immediately hit "Score".
3) Move over and quickly hit "Erase"
4) If done correctly, there should be the "Yes" or "No" option at the top of the screen. Click either one.
5) Ta-da! The game magically froze due to over-confusion!
If you can't do this, try another game crash. And it doesn't have to be on emu. But give it a try and time yourself!

I'm doing SM64 The Green Stars blind, and I'm using v 2.0. I currently have 100 stars (heavy savestate abuse because it's blind), and now something weird is happening, and here's how it went down:
I got my 100th star (red coin star of Course 12, and as soon as I got it the game froze, so I reloaded a save state and tried again. It froze again, so at first I thought it was that there were too many entities (objects) on screen, so I got rid of the Mr. I and Pokey and got the star, and it was fine until...
After I tried saving, I hit R (because why not) and the game froze again. So then I tried restarting the emulator, and every time I hit R, the game automatically freezes. Does anybody know why this glitch occurs and how to fix it? If I have to switch to v. 1.2 I won't mind, but seriously, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Cybern****123: I agree with the others: You probably didn't save your game. Either that, or the emulator's sucking. Never happened to me though...

I've had the game freeze on me in Rainbow Ride (in the red coin maze), in Bob-omb- or I'm sorry, CHAIN CHOMP Battlefield, and recently in Hazy Maze Cave. All seem to be related- there's too many objects on the screen. (Thank goodness savestates exist though)
So, has this ever happened to you?

I am getting frustrated.
I was trying to run Super Mario 74, and the plugin wasn't detected. I've tried EVERYTHING, including uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, trying a different game, restarting the computer, and using a different internet browser (and I can't even log in on Internet Explorer; I use Google Chrome). WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
If it turns out the plugin isn't going to work, I'm going to get angry. Can anybody (more preferably whoever's in charge of the plugin) help me?
