The Xbox game controller has a lot of buttons, but none of them activate a rapid fire mode that can help you to defeat hordes of enemies. You can modify the game controller so that it has rapid fire capabilities without needing to buy a special circuit board or spend hours poring over circuit schematics. You will need a momentary switch from an electronics store along with some experience in using a soldering iron to accomplish the modification.

It's finally getting to the time of year where all the big games are out and I can sit down and think for more than five minutes, so my thoughts are naturally turning from 2012's huge releases to the other stuff - the smaller, often more interesting games that have stuck in my mind as the months have gone by. For me it's often these games that give the year personality; where the schedule of big releases is pretty much the same every year (a few in January, a few in April/May, maybe one in summer, and an avalanche from September onwards), these games pop up unexpectedly, brightening a weekend or a lunch break or a cold February afternoon. The evolving nature of game narrative, particularly, has been a theme for me this year - games from The Walking Dead to Dear Esther have been ignoring the conventions of interactive storytelling, often with huge success.

In additional to the traditional five-card Poker, four-card and three-card Poker were invented. In additional to changing the rules and odds completely, the game introduces new tactics and strategies for winning and maximizing odds for winning. For example, in the case of a four-card Poker, the Royal Flush is removed and Four of a Kind is the highest hand a player can achieve.

The Sony PlayStation 3 offers a high-definition gaming experience and also serves as a Blu-ray disc player. PS3 controllers use mini USB cables for charging purposes, and through these cables the controllers can also be hooked up to a PC for use as a PC controller. The standard Xbox controller provides a number of buttons for varied control when playing a game. Those who want to be able to fire quickly are out of luck, however, because there is no rapid fire button. You can add a rapid fire switch to the Xbox controller within an hour, as long as you are comfortable using a soldering iron and can get a momentary switch from an electronics part store. The console is able to connect to the PC and play the songs but is unable to copy the music files onto the hard drive. "Xbox Music Mixer" is a game for the Xbox 360 that allows users to transfer music files from the PC to the console. The console can be used to access the Internet for online gaming, downloadable software updates and try-before-you-buy demos. There is a wireless networking adapter for the original Xbox 360 Classic, and the remodeled Xbox 360 includes a built-in wireless modem.

* Connecting to a Wireless Network
To connect to a wireless network for the first time, select "System Settings" from the Xbox 360 dashboard. Choose "Network Settings" and pick "Configure Network."
