Davideo7 : I have the same problem, even though I have the VC++ redistributable it doesn't seem to think I have it even though I repaired and updated the package beforehand.

The link that the tab takes me to in order to get to the VC++ redistributable says that 'the page is not secure' so because of that, I don't access the page.

Do you think there can be a fix regarding this Davideo7?

Davideo7 : I personally never had any problems with the colour scheme, but that's just me speaking for myself as I am quite aware that it's different for other people. If you believe it is best to change the theme to have a broader appeal for others who use the site then feel free to do so, it is your site after all!

Also Davideo7, did you get my previous message about my request regarding this site and my decision?

Davideo7 : Ok then, because I tried using it again after your reply and it seems that I cannot access the settings on the top of the screen as when I click it, it doesn't open a pop-up which can allow you to adjust your controls.

Davideo7 : Hmm? Is the retroarch working normally or something? Because last time I used it which was probably like a year ago, it was bad as I mentioned. Has something been done with it since then?

Davideo7 : Wow you've had a big week! Glad to see that the vizzed RGR plugin is still being considered. I've been using the EmulatorJS to play the games although it happens to lower the resolution on certain games like darius 2 in which it's very hard to see bullets and super darius 1 which doesn't work at all because it can't load certain games, but that's fine for as long as the rgr returns, all of that should be gone.

Keep up the great work man!

Davideo7 : Wow that's awesome and very interesting indeed! I didn't know that you were so spent on vizzed to the point of hardly having any time with your family, you should make sure to balance that carefully as it can (sometimes but not always) cause your children to get upset and very annoyed when your distant with them.

Hopefully your new job may be able to help you find a solution to the rgr plugin, as that was the only way I could play games on this site as html5 is too crappy to even tolerate, to be brutally honest ha ha!

Davideo7 : Hey Davideo7, I wanted to ask something out of curiosity if you don't mind.

I know that you posted a link to download a portable firefox browser that still supports the rgr plugin and I might consider getting it, as I haven't played games on this site ever since rgr ceased to work in the current browser due to html5 having a lot of problems and such. I do have a bit caution if I get the legacy portable browser as I know that flash has vulnerabilities when it comes to security and loading flash content so I wanted to hear from you on what the best option for me is, thanks!

Davideo7 : So your saying like, if you click the RGR emulator when playing a game, will it open a separate window using Firefox legacy portable window regardless of the browser you use?

Davideo7 : Hmm I see, I wasn't aware of that. I'm sure all is good now so well done!

Also on a humorous note, when I saw this notification. I assumed this meant that all games can be used with the RGR plugin again and that it had been made compatible lol!

Speaking of which, how is that plan going Davideo7?

Pacman+Mariofan : Really? Ah ok, that does seem to be the case as I can hardly find any threads myself that are very interesting or active.

The site also offers recent levels of component upgrades as opposed to other sites which may list something like 5th generation processors all the way to 10th and the like, even though any of those generations list i3 to i9 processors so it makes it a lot more tidy and convenient to get the latest upgrades without having to scroll so far to get the specific one.

I wonder if there will be any news related to the upgraded switch this year or something to be honest.

Pacman+Mariofan : Indeed, with this site, I plan to simply upgrade my laptop here simply by sending it back to to them which would be much more cheaper than buying a new laptop everytime ha ha!

Your probably the first person to take notice of this thread as hilariously, no one else seems to have noticed it despite the site it sends you to being very useful, especially when it comes to demanding games requiring high spec requirements to run correctly even!

Davideo7 : Aww dang, I don't have a YouTube channel yet because I'm currently practicing animation so that when I do, I will make one to put my contents in as well as being able to do the steps you've mentioned that is, if I ever do start making animations.

Also dang, you caught me in one of your traps Davideo7, very nice ha ha!

Davideo7 : This scenario almost reminds me of the time that Sakurai (The maker of smash bros), suffered some kind of pain in his hand and/or shoulder when he worked on computers a lot of something and that was around the time he was making smash bros 4.

Like what you did to the site Davideo7, very convincing ha ha April fools!

The edits to my previous message made me laugh ha ha!

Davideo7 : Yeah that happens sometimes when you overuse your hand. The same thing happens to me when I do it, so totally understand that.

A bit of back and forth with the decision to make the plugin eh? Yep, I've seen scenarios of that every now and then, if only I was good at coding then I would've offered to help and do it but sadly, I'm far from ever being able to.

Speaking about that virus detection by AVG David, there's something you should tell your friend Tom about AVG anti-virus as it, along with Avast (who it's partnered with) have been discovered committing a fraudulent act of spying on users data when they used either Avast or it's partner AVG, so you might want to tell him to delete it because not only may it detect viruses incorrectly, but it even broke privacy rights regulations for its customers.

This scandal has been the rage recently and because of that, those companies are under investigation as a result. It was rather shocking when I found out but you can read the information here if it helpshttps://www.wired.co.uk/article/avg-privacy-policy-browser-search-data#:~:text=Security%20firm%20AVG%20can%20sell,be%20sold%20to%20third%20parties.]
A real shocker if I say so myself, goes to show you can't even trust some anti-virus softwares nowadays which is very ironic.

Davideo7 : Very interesting and good to hear that Tom, is going to give updating the RGR plugin another shot.

I recently made my first ever thread on vizzed that does in fact, have a good link leading to a custom laptop/desktop website that can help people decide if they want a new machine, which can help with playing games better and a whole lot of other benefits that is worth exploring if you want.

(This is my first time making a thread so I'm sorry if it's a little messy or not done correctly)

Hi people, I have seen a link to a very good computer/laptop custom website called "utopia computers".

For those who do not know, it's a very good place to order your custom machine with your chosen specs identified in the options available for you to choose from, when you choose to make one and buy it. It even has the latest processors and graphic cards you can choose from of the latest generations which get updated as technology advances and I think it's amazing!

This helps for people who like to play very graphicly demanding games on laptops and reduce lag on games which require good processors, it can help with those who use many applications or make animations even.

It's better for convenience as anytime there are better processors and graphic cards etc available, you could just send your machine back to the people there to change the specs and keep the same machine for cheaper fees to pay, to upgrade the item as opposed to buying pre-made machines from currys pc world and the like for higher pay every time you want to upgrade etc.

But it's best if you check it for yourself here and see what you think: [https://utopiacomputers.co.uk/]

I plan on getting a very good laptop from here when it's available (something like getting an i9 processor with an RTX 2080 graphics card and 2 or 4TB of storage space I think, though it would by very expensive ha ha).

For those who do know of this site, it's pretty good wouldn't you say? If not, that's fine too.

Davideo7 : Woo-hoo! Nicely done Davideo7! Sorry I wasn't able to help out, it turns out that I'm not really in a good position to donate money or any sort which is why I wasn't able to.

But other than that, it's interesting to note how the fundraiser went passed the $1000 limit as I don't believe there is anything else to add after $900 (minus the perks you mentioned earlier).

I hope hiring the right person to update the RGR plugin goes well because the HTML5 plugin has proven to be quite a nuisance to use, because of how it drops framerate often when playing games as well as too many options that aren't easy to change so good luck!

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
