Eniitan : Even if my mom continue the case and decided to fight it, she would most likely lose the case in the end. Where I live, the State Board Labor Commission have there'll own Set's of rules and regulations and one of the them is this..... if the employer (my mom) doesn't have any legal documents, signed contracts, or time cards of that specific employee who is suing, than the victory goes to the employee. The employee doesn't need any evidence at all to win the case, because if the employer doesn't have any solid documented evidence than the Labor Commission officer will take the employee's side. That is why it's extremely important to always..... ALWAYS add your employee's on the payroll of your business. That way if he attempts to take you to the labor commission, you have the legal documents to support and defend your case and my mom didn't have any of that. You see Eniitan my mom is old school, she's around her mid 70's and she's from a time where a hand shake is considered a legal agreement unlike today where you need actual written documents and contracts.

  Bob basically took advantage of my mom's kindness and it costed her money, but hey...... it could of been a lot worse since he originally was asking 8 grand but instead he settled with just 1,700.

 You are right I should go and punch him, beat him down. That's what everyone tells me, but there's two reasons why I don't do it and one of them is that he is capable of calling the cops on me and two he's in a second lawsuit with my mom (yes a SECOND LAWSUIT). He claims that he suffered multiple injuries at my moms bakery and wishes that her former insurance company pays for the damages. If I go hurt him now that would hurt the case. I'm not worried at all because I have good evidence against him like photos, videos unlike the Labor Commission case. I've been helping the lawyers out because I want to make sure he doesn't get away with what he's doing, he needs to be ruined.  He may of won the battle but he won't win the war.

   Well today was very annoying. Long story short my mother use to run a bakery business for 3 decades but she decided to go out of business 2 years ago. The rent, utility bills, baking materials and taxes were just too much nowadays, and it was time to call it quits and so she closed up and retired. Than 2 weeks ago she get's a letter from the State Board Labor Commission that she has a conference meeting because a former employee (let's call him Bob)  filed a lawsuit against her. Bob claims that she owns him unpaid wages for one year and it's a total of 8 grand and he want's her to pay him. I know for a fact that he's lying about everything, I have my reasons like :

1. Bob never complained to me that she owns him money. We use to be very good friends at one point, we talk about almost anything BUT my mom owning him money? He never brought that up what so ever...

2. Why did it took him a total of 2 year's to file that lawsuit against her? I just find it funny and suspicious that after 2 year and hearing stories about how he owns so many people money he decides to sue my mom for cash.

3. He also filed another lawsuit last October 2015 with my moms former Insurance company.  He claims that he suffered multiple injuries at our business but we know it's all lies because he switched the dates of his injury 3 times! We also provided evidence like photo and videos to the insurance lawyers of him running, tube sledding and working normally at his catering business and showing no signs of injury. To this day the case is still going and I hope in the end he pays dearly. To me if Bob is lying about his injuries than no doubt in my mind that he's lying to the Labor commission too.

4. He claims that he worked 8 hrs Monday to Sunday and did over 150 hrs of overtime which is 100% NOT TRUE! He was there just to learn and only stayed  3-4 hrs 5 days a week.

5. He claims it's a total of 380 regular hours, 150 overtime hrs and got paid 12.00 an hr. Bob also wanted my mom to pay him an additional 1,500 dollars for making him wait for one year........... I find that part of his claim very funny because its the exact same numbers as what his girlfriend did to another business 5 year's ago.....

   Anyways the conference meeting we had today only lasted 50 minutes, the case was settled and my mom ended up paying him, he wanted at least 1,700 and he'll settle with that. He wasn't there though at the meeting, he decided to be on a speaker phone far away from us ( coward).  My mom wasn't devastated or anything, it was actually the opposite, she was glad this was cleared up and she can move on with her life. She used some of her retirement money to pay the SOB .

 And of course just in case some of you are wondering why my mom didn't continue to fight this case??? Well it's because my mom made a huge mistake and it cost ed her that 1,700 dollars. You see my mom when she went out of business and retired she got rid of all of her old business documents and time cards she had at the bakery. Also she paid him under the table, which was a very stupid thing to do. If she continued on with the case than Bob would of most likely won the case and she would ended up paying 6, 7 maybe 8 grand to Bob, so it was not worth it.

 As for me....... It was very hard for me to stay quiet in the conference room.... you know hearing all the BS lies from Bob and hearing his voice trying to play the victim..... wow .... the old me would of gone to his apartment and pay him a nice visit....... But one way or the other I know that he's going to pay some day for what he has done, not just my mom but there's plenty of other people that he took advantage of. Any of you guys had issues with someone like that?

   I mean... It's cool that some of you guy's are excited with WWE splitting the brand. Some of you might be thinking," Wow good thing's might happen with this split...." But as for me, I'm not getting my hopes up. I have a few problems with this brand split, I question it like for example:

  How can we be so sure that this is going to help the ratings? Push the other talent ? And how can we be sure that it will be great this time around? WWE has become so pussified nowadays, boring interviews, dull story lines, incredibly predictable outcomes when it comes to match's and worst of all, pushing the guys that people DON'T want to see pushed. Yes, It worked in the Ruthless Aggression Era but the way it is now, If they don't change those issues than I don't see people coming back or staying that very long.
  
  Now let's talk about Vince McMahon's and his two boy toys. You know who I'm talking about..... Captain Charisma and F#@k-Boy Buckthead. If they decide to put one of them on Raw and the other on Smack down and continue to push and shove them down every one's throats, than how on earth is that going to help the other talent when you have these two jamokes winning most of there matches? That is not helping the other talent what so ever.

  I don't like to be negative or a downer and ruin peoples enjoyments, but I just have no high expectations with this company anymore, sorry. Especially after what happen tonight with AJ, where he's most likely going to be feuding with F@#kboy  lol ..... wow! Come on Vince, first Jericho at Wrestle mania, Reigns 2x and now Cena? Went complete Face palm after that.
 

 

   No, I'm not surprise that he didn't win.... but losing to a guy like Roman, (who I consider average, not so great) and the way he lost is what irritates me. I wouldn't mind if AJ lost to the other talented guys but to Lames?   Styles threw everything at Roman yet that Tyler Hansbrough wannabe still kicks out and beat's him with a spear. What I'm about to say is just based off what I've seen in the past but the way they booked AJ styles now..... it just tell's me that Vince and the
Wwe aren't going to take him serious, that's just my thought but who
knows maybe I'm wrong. I hope that I'm am.

   People could argue and say," Well AJ lost to a champion you know"...... Lol, that's the thing Roman shouldn't even be champion, he needs to be put in the mid card...... not main event's or as a main event at Wrestle mania. He's considered the main guy now yet the man has no charisma,  he just stand's there giving a dumb look and when you hand him the mic.... I feel like It's Tyler Hansbrough talking. Roman made more sense when he was on The Shield. Dean and Seth did the talking mostly while Roman was the quiet muscle guy in the group..... but now..... he just look's awkward.  He didn't become the main guy because he's such a fantastic in-ring worker, he's the main guy because he's Vince's guy, he choose him. Again this is just my opinion.  

   Yes, it's cool to see Rollins again but I get a feeling that they'll going to have Roman beat Rollins and continue on with the nonsense, and than what? We still have Roman as champion again, just look at what they did on Monday night raw. Wwe manage to screw it up by having Rollins come out and still be the cowardly heel even thought he got a big pop from the crowd..... why keep Rollins the same? Unless they'll planning of changing Rollins as the good guy while Roman the heel......... but for me I doubt it, I'm sorry for the negativity but with these rumor's flying around that Wwe is planning of having Roman keep the strap longer than CM Punk doesn't really excite me, and my expectations are very low with this company right now.

  Yes of course, I too have no problem of Rusev being champion. I don't really mind him being that monster but I have 2 issues with this and one of them is that even though Rusev beat Kalisto.... I did not like the way they booked Kalisto during his U.S champion run. Yes, people said Kalisto was boring as champ but look what they did for him..... not to many minutes to work, had him lose half his matches and with no good storyline would certainly make him and his champion run boring. My second issue is I don't think Rusev as champion is going to last long, I think they'll going to have him lose to Cena either this Monday on Memorial Day, or on the next few PPV event's..... I've had this feeling ever since they broke the League of Nations. As for Cena, sorry but for me I don't like Cena, the guy has always been boring and very corny, and worst part is they booked this guy as the super hero of the company, and having witness him beat far better wrestler's than him, and bury a few for the past 10-12 year's has driven me to not just hate the character Cena but also  John Felix Anthony Cena Jr too! F him! It's that simple..



  Change or not It doesn't really matter for me because I'm not getting excited for it as of right now because it's been more than a decade and it's been nothing but low expectations and at times disappointments. I just miss that edginess, the backstage entertainment, backstage and public brawls, etc. But now It's just boring, stuff got watered down, catering to the pc crowd, black men talking about Booty's and Unicorns, a bunny trying to hump Rollins and boring Rene Young with her boring dumb questions ( I don't care how pretty she is, she's boring. She is perfect for people with Insomnia, she'll put them to sleep!).

 Let's just see what happens I guess....

  

 I never graduated High school, I drop out around the beginning of the Tenth grade and for me.... it was the dumbest decision I ever did. I still regret to this day. Sure I'm doing ok right now, I have my own small cookies business where I bake fresh Mexican cookies, than I sell and distribute them all over Los Angeles and so far I been able to pay my bills and eat every night.. But to this day I still think It was dumb to drop out, who knows what I would of been capable of... perhaps go to college, earn a degree and a career but no.... I did not take advantage when I was a teenager.

 When I was a kid I had no motivation at all, did not care about school when I was a teenager, had no plans for the future. I was very negative back than.... and It's all thanks to my older brother..... well that's a whole other story I don't wanna get off topic.  But anyways.... My advice to anyone that's a young kid  is to simply take advantage of your youth. Finish school.  Get a diploma and degree if you can, because once your older and you start paying bills of your own..... you start thinking that School wasn't that bad at all and sooner or later you'll start missing it. Remember it's only 12 year's of your life .... well unless you go to college..... but yeah, take advantage and enjoy those years. Don't be like some other idiot like me for example.

Sigh...

  Well...... I mean, It's bad enough to see AJ Styles lose to Roman Lames, let me repeat that.... AJ Styles who reminds me of great wrestlers like Eddie Guerrero, who traveled and won championships from different promotions, loses to Roman Lames..... the Tyler Hansbrough of wrestling... sigh But to see Alexander Rusev win the U.S Championship belt really.... REALLY got to me. My nightmare may come true after all.

  I'm not mad at Rusev winning, no I have nothing against him but this victory he got clearly send a terrible signal, that sooner or later that @#$%Boy John Cena is going to most likely win it and take it from Rusev. I say..... WHY?? Why are we going back to that PG Boy scout? Isn't it enough already. We've dealt with that trash for more than 10 years now! Is this suppose to be the new era that Wwe has been talking about? What's so new about it? Because what I've seen so far is pretty much the same @#$%, Roman Lames is still champ (A failure as the good guy), The Jizz is still champ, Fruit Day is still Champions and soon we're going to have Cena as U.S champ....... really the new era? If it is, than It's the Ruthless Depression Era.


  Sorry with the rant but it's just frustrating to see all this talent they have and they'll not getting a good push, but with the lesser talent (Roman & Cena).... they are. Sigh..... and one of the most frustrating part's is that they watered many of there talent down..... just like Kalisto for example..... you got a guy who is a beast in the wrestling ring, but he doesn't do many moves ever since joining WWE ( just look at his old videos and you'll see what I mean ). Than he becomes U.S champion and they did nothing with him.... zip, zero Nada. His matches were cut short, he lost half the time, they didn't give the guy a decent storyline and now he loses the belt........ Than you have John Cena who can't wrestle and they give him the U.S open challenge which has him winning all of his matches........ against better talent . lmao. I've never seen a company like the Wwe where they don't give the audience what they want.... never .

   And everyone wonder's why there ratings are low now. I'm at a point now where I just want the company to die....... but I know that's never going to happen.

I use to have Directv for like 10 year's till I finally cancelled it a few day's ago. I just thought It was a waste of money in the end and I'm on the computer most of the time. Now that I have Exodus, Netflix and Hulu I see no point in having Directv anymore.

For me, it's gotta be those Quiznos Sub commercials. It was about 2 ugly looking rat's that looked like road kill and they were singing. I use to get real irritated whenever that commercial came on.

I had a few injury's but  the worst one I ever had was when I was maybe 5-6 maybe, my family had a party and they were playing volleyball. I was running around trying to hit the ball and I pushed everyone around me during the match. My older brother who is a bit handicap on his legs (when he was a teenager he got Guillain Barre and Lyme Diseases which made him lose some movements on his leg) was standing and I crashed into him. He lost his balance and we both fell towards a brick wall. He landed on top of me and broke my right shin bone. Worst pain I ever felt and the worst part is someone lifted me up with my leg dangling to the side. Someone ended up putting 3 sticks on my leg and taking me to the hospital. Stayed there for a few weeks and had a leg cast for the next few months. I can still smell the stench my leg developed when it was in a cast lol.

My weakness is over-eating. I like to feel very full after coming home from work. I like to eat all kinds of food but I tend to eat more than what I need, and  I gained a lot of weight cause of that. I develop that habit since 2003 because I use to work a lot of hours during that time. Believe or not I use to work 3 jobs a day ( 1 job 8 hrs, 2nd job 8 hrs and 3rd job 5 hrs) for that whole entire year, and I started to over-eat to keep me awake and stay active. After that year I quit two jobs because I lost my car (someone stole it and burned it one night when I was at a strip bar) and had no transportation. After all that I kept on over-eating for years, I knew it was bad but I didn't care. But now, as I'm getting older I tend to stick to green juicing, oatmeal and sandwiches and try and control my eating because I can't keep going like that forever. 

For me, it's gotta be Math, English and writing. I never really paid much attention when I was in school, and because of that I've always had bad grammar. That's why I try and tell some of the younger bloods to stay in school and pay attention and not waste the opportunity. It may suck at times but It'll be all worth it later on.

  Thank you Vince McMahon and your talented creative team, for sticking the knife even DEEPER. Oh man, even with the outside interference Roman still kicked out and won.  I told myself days before tonight's event to not get angry. But I can't help it, I'm getting very annoyed and angry about this..... Its the same annoyance I got when Cena (aka F#%kBoy Bucket head) went over Bray Wyatt on Payback 2014, Its the same feeling when Triple Ego beat Sting,It's the same feeling when Vince McMahon won the ECW belt and turned it into a joke,  it's the same feeling when the Rock lost to Cena or when Jericho beat AJ on Wrestlemania 32..... I mean HOLY CRAP, why do I even bother of tuning in thinking that this company will someday change? After all this time I feel like an idiot  hoping that something good will happen. This company is so out of touch, and I truly believe he really meant it when he said he listens to no one. I'm done for tonight sigh,  I'm out
 
 

    I don't know if people are going to read this, but regardless this is my opinion on Payback 2016. As much as I want Aj Styles to win tomorrow night, I don't see it happening.... but what if he does win the championship? For me, that  tells me something.... It tells me that WWE does want to bring changes, it tells me that WWE want's to push the other talent (you know the ones that people actually want to see) and not give us the same old sh$t , and who better to give it to a well rounded wrestler like AJ styles. Sure he hasn't been there that long in the WWE, but let's remember the guy's a veteran in wrestling, won championships  including the IWGP championship..... Man if you want to compare Roman and AJ styles accomplishments at this point.... Roman can't even hold AJ's jockstrap!

   I have nothing against Roman, if you like the guy that's cool I don't care, but the reality is that he has no charisma what so ever, the guy is boring. When he cut's promos I feel like I'm watching Tyler Hansbrough reading "Chicken Little". It's gone to a point now that WWE has to edit the crowd because a lot of people are booing him out the arena. We're not that dumb, quit insulting our intelligence we can tell when the crowd get's edited. He is simply NOT the guy. We know Senile Vince McMahon is too stubborn by not giving the people what they want, but if he continues on with the same old sh%t, the ratings are going to continue to drop. Just look at the ratings it's at a 2.20 now! The numbers don't lie, some thing's gotta change and if there is a new Era in the WWE on the rise supposly, than they better do something different and letting AJ win is something different. It gives hope that they want to push the talent that people want to see, bring back better story lines the edginess, let the wrestler's do there thing.There's plenty of talent in that roster, but they'll not using them at there full potential. 

 So this Sunday, at Payback. Aj Styles or Bust. I have some hope but...... man I don't know.

Mine wasn't really a surgery, they put me out for a few hours so they can set my broken bone back together. I still remember, it happen like in 1989  I was about 6-7 years old and family had a party. People were playing volleyball and I was running around pushing people cause I wanted to catch the ball and I ran into my older brother, (who has trouble walking ) and we both fell into a brick wall and he ended up landing and breaking my right shin bone. Very painful and I ended up at the hospital for a week. 

 Well right now I'm craving for some Yoshinoya chicken & beef bowl. There's days I'm craving for Pizza from Domino's, and there's some days that I want to eat some Chile Pretzel dogs from Winerschnitzel, but I can't eat it because at one point I use to eat that crap daily and it caused me health problems and so I just go once every 7 days, while  the rest of the week I stick to home cooking, oatmeal shakes and lots of vegetable Juicing. Got loose 100 pds... so far I lost 18 so I got a long way lol.

I don't know if this Don Sullivan is the same guy I use to see back in 1995 but I remember back in the day I use to stay up late and see those late night commercials and there use to be a dog trainer selling his training video tapes, but his methods were hilarious. He use to say," if your dog miss behaves while walking simply crab the leash and YANK him to discipline him. He yank it so hard it looked like the dog was getting whiplash. My brother ended up buying his training video and instead of training his dog, it ended up not liking my brother at all lol.

 My name Pebric originally belonged to my nephew. He was the one that came up with it back in 2002. One day I found my nephew playing Runescape and I got into the game and we both leveled up. A year later he quit ed because Steam came out that time and he got into Counter Strike and so he left. I took the name for myself and ever since than I've used that name. My name has a downside though, because people confuse it with the word Pubic.

I like all kinds of nuts. Use to eat a lot of them when I use to drink beer, but now I mostly stick to almonds and peanuts (peanut butter that is). Also like to add some almonds every time I make a banana milk shake. 

I was so going to try this out, but when you mention proper spelling and grammar I'm like ," Great I'm screwed". Oh well got earn my points the other way. It will be all worth it in the end. I'm someone with a lot of patience....

Same here I gotta earn enough points because I want to relive a few games like Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, Parasite Eve, Kagero Deception 1, 2 and 3. So many games I want to try out  that I never had the chance to play.
