For me, it's gotta be Math, English and writing. I never really paid much attention when I was in school, and because of that I've always had bad grammar. That's why I try and tell some of the younger bloods to stay in school and pay attention and not waste the opportunity. It may suck at times but It'll be all worth it later on.

French hands down. I hate the language and all the exceptions / rules it has. I was never good at it even though I was at the top of my class at one point (still only scoring as high as 65% lol). Other years it was the one subject that I always barely passed, commonly getting scores like 51% and 54%.

The fact that we had an old, annoying lady as a teacher (who hated our class) didn't help either.

Languages Arts, mainly because of my teacher. Ours would assign projects while we were finishing other ones, in total we did about 25 in the WHOLE YEAR. While the other teacher didn't have ANY. My grade dropped from a 92 to a 76 just because I was out for a week and she didn't let me make it up

I always dreaded going into Math class, I can theoretically learn it, I mean I practically learned 6 months of Math in 2 weeks in 9th grade so that I could pass math since I got an extension at the end of the school year. 
It was mostly the teachers, my Middle School math teacher used to tell me how much I was going to fail at life, ironically he died right after I left that school.
Then in High School I had a depressive Math teacher, she was kind of nice but didn't care if you slept in class, and would rather sigh at you than yell at you. It wasn't a very positive experience, and I may be in a better situation today if they had been a bit more positive.
