Torttera's move pool is way better than Sceptile's
Sceptile's best stab attack is energy ball which runs off of a base special attack of 105 (leafblade runs off a base attack of 80)
Torterra is a more defensive pokemon with a good chunk of HP for good use of Wood Hammer
Torterra as well as Sceptile can learn outrage from a move tutor

Torterra is the Better Pokemon but but Sceptile and Torterra in a battle against each other Sceptile would win because it's stab moves are neutrel against torterra

Scyther is one of the better bug types but it's better ability technichian is very good it makes Bug Bite's base power 90 as well as Wing attack. Stat wise it's attack and speed are great it's a good sweeper. It's typing though has a flaw mainly the flying part because that gives t a 4x weakness to rock and an two extra weakness to Ice and Electric.
It's Sprites have never looked bad and the concept of a mantis with blades for fore arms is pretty cool. Overall I think Scyther's an 8/10.

For me sabrina in pokemon soul silver was the hardest, her espeon would demolish my team because my pupitar was not evolved yet but on a funture playthrough I used Siczor on my team then the hardest gym fight was Misty in FR/LG I actually had to do a kamikaze with Tombstone using my Mankey to cut Starmie's speed then use pikachu use double team and hope to god swift doesn't critical.

I'd choose Grass/Dragon Water/Ground and Fire/Ghost just because Grass almost always the worst subtytpe (except for 4th gen) Water/Ground has always been a good type and Fire/Ghost would look awesome

Well from my point of view everything seems nice about it but there are some things that stand out about it so far such as
- The fire starter is a pig with donkey ears!
- improved 3D battles
The new pokemon to come could make the game a fail though but so far I think it's a win

I'd make the Shrubbery Ball.

- It has a X10 multiplier on grass types
- It has a X15 multiplier on any pokemon found in a tree like Heracross
- It works like a regular pokeball on any other pokemon but if you catch a pokemon with one type it gets a grass subtype.

Or I'd make the Bomber Ball.

- It has a X10 multiplier on any pokemon that can learn TM explosion
- Instead of the X10 multiplier pokemon that can naturaly learn selfdestruct or explosion get X15 multiplier and their ability gets replaced with "after life" which means it gets revived after using selfdestruct or explosion

For me Tauros is the best! it's fast. It's a defencive wall and it has good attack which it learns good attacks too like for instance when I was in the Team Rocket Radio Tower Saga in SS my Tauros learned Zen Headbutt and I swept every Rocket Grunt

I say Turtwig because Torterra is the ONLY grass/ground type in ALL of the first four generations and he is a fourth generation pokemon, and is the only grass starter that can K.O. a fire starter.

I'm currently rebuilding my team after going over my stats so I only have half that's 100 percent accurate and that half is

Rhyperior
Salamance

I have a few other pokemon I'll be putting in but i'm not positive I will because I have a few condenders due to stratedgy (my positive team pokemon all have a(n) (special) attack stat of about 300.

I'd choose Cyndaquil because in most pokemon games you can't get many good fire types in the main story unless it's a starter unless you have fire red/leaf green, Typhlosion is really fast, plus in my Silver game I chose Cyndaquil and duplicated him five times so I hade a team of Typhlosion
