I want to know why the original computer that I was using: it says that Windows did not start successfully, but it gave me choices of safe mode, safe mode,with command prompt, with networking,and start Windows normally.When I chose one of the choices, my computer restarted every time you select one of the choices. Does anyone know why?

I didn't but my dad found someone to fix it such as rebooting it using a reboot disc. Well it almost worked but about 91% done installing( or something like that,which i forgot what it was really doing) the hard drive starts slowing down then it stopped the process.The CD was already a little cracked or damaged before it was put in the disc drive and maybe it is affecting the process.
